These terms cover Photon 47, the browser game at photon47.com. By playing, you agree to them.
The game
Photon 47 is free to play. We may add, change or remove heroes, modes, maps and balance at any time — that is what keeping a live game alive means. We may also take the game offline, permanently, and we hope we never do.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your sign-in secure.
- One person, one account. Do not sell, rent or share it.
- We may suspend an account that cheats, exploits bugs, abuses other players, attacks our servers, or automates play.
Buying things
- Gems and subscriptions are a licence to use virtual items inside the game. They are not property, they have no cash value, and they cannot be exchanged for money.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- Purchases are generally final. If something is genuinely broken — you were charged twice, or you were charged and received nothing — email us and we will make it right.
- Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep the benefits until the period you paid for ends.
- If your account is terminated for breaking these terms, unused virtual items are forfeited.
Fair play
No cheating, no bots, no modifying the client, no exploiting bugs for advantage, no harassing other players in chat. We would rather ban one person than lose a hundred.
Ownership
The game, its characters, art, music, code and name belong to us. You may record and stream your own gameplay, including monetised video — that is welcome, and no permission is needed. You may not redistribute the game itself, or pass its assets off as your own.
Content you send
If you post a name, message or emote, keep it legal and keep it civil. We may remove anything we consider abusive, hateful, sexual, or an impersonation of someone else.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running and your saves intact, but we cannot promise it will never go down, never lose data, and never contain a bug. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will update the date above and say so in the game. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.

- 一人一号。不得出售、出租或共享账户。
- 对于作弊、利用漏洞、骚扰其他玩家、攻击我们服务器或使用脚本挂机的账户，我们可能予以封禁。
关于付费
- 宝石与订阅是在游戏内使用虚拟物品的许可，不构成财产，不具有现金价值，也不可兑换为金钱。
- 支付由 Stripe 处理，我们永远看不到你的银行卡信息。
- 购买原则上不可退。但若确实出错 —— 例如重复扣款，或扣款后未到账 —— 请邮件联系我们，我们会处理妥当。
- 订阅在你取消前会自动续期。你可随时取消，且在已支付的周期结束前仍享有权益。
- 若账户因违反本条款被终止，未使用的虚拟物品将一并失效。
公平游戏
禁止作弊、脚本、修改客户端、利用漏洞牟利，以及在聊天中骚扰他人。我们宁可封掉一个人，也不愿失去一百个。
知识产权
游戏本体及其角色、美术、音乐、代码与名称均归我们所有。你可以录制并直播自己的游戏内容，包括进行商业变现 —— 我们欢迎，且无需另行授权。但不得转发行游戏本体，或将其素材据为己有。
你发布的内容
你填写的昵称、发送的消息与表情，请合法且文明。对于我们认为具有辱骂、仇恨、色情或冒充他人性质的内容，我们可能予以移除。
免责声明
游戏按「现状」提供。我们会尽力保持服务稳定、保护你的存档，但无法承诺永不宕机、永不丢失数据、永无漏洞。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接或衍生损失承担责任。
条款变更
若本条款发生实质性变更，我们会更新上方日期并在游戏内说明。继续游玩即视为接受新条款。
